CRYSTALS

Crystals and Me

Some crystals simply find their way into our lives.

Others seem to appear at exactly the right moment. Crystals have gently accompanied many parts of my own journey—often in ways I did not fully understand at the time.

My very first crystals were an iris quartz and a pair of quartz points—they came into my life many years ago. Looking back, my meditation journey began with them. The crystal sphere seemed to gently cleanse the space around me. And during meditation, the pair of quartz points gently drew me into a deeper stillness. I often wondered why I felt so drawn to them. Perhaps the flow that would eventually lead me here had already begun.

After that, different stones began finding their way into my life. I found myself visiting gem shows across the United States, including the Tucson Gem Show, the largest in the world. Each encounter drew me further into the world of crystals. There were stones I felt deeply drawn to without knowing why, and others I simply could not take my eyes away from. Before long, I found myself traveling to Brazil, one of the world’s major sources of crystals.

Crystals are not only beautiful but can quietly reflect what we may need at different moments in our lives.

What Crystals Reflect

Meeting a crystal can feel like meeting someone I had longed to meet.

At different moments in our lives, certain stones seem to naturally resonate with us.

And at times, it can almost feel as though the crystals themselves are quietly saying: “Take me along.” “Let me be with you.” Some stones stay with us in ways we cannot fully explain. Perhaps those encounters carry their own meaning. Several years ago, in Cristalina —a Brazilian town widely known for its crystals —I came across a delicate amethyst point that immediately drew me in. The following year, when I returned to Brazil,

I found myself in Alto Paraíso, a town located above vast crystal deposits. There, I encountered a small flower amethyst that I was instantly drawn to.

When I returned home to Sedona and placed the two crystals side by side, I was genuinely surprised. It felt as though they had always been meant to be together. Their colors, their presence, and even the feeling they carried seemed to exist in perfect harmony. Each piece had come from different places and entered my life at different times. Still, I naturally felt: “These two were meant to be together.” Somehow, I felt a quiet joy in bringing them to where they belonged.

Meditation with Crystals

Every day, I spend quiet moments with crystals beside me.

My day begins with meditation and ends with meditation. Crystals are part of my meditation life. My awareness naturally turns inward, and little by little, my thoughts begin to quiet. The stones are voiceless yet carry a strong presence. They remain there quietly, accompanying me back to who I truly am. While meditating in Sedona’s nature with crystals in my hands, surrounded by red rocks, wind, and wide-open blue skies, I sometimes feel deeply connected to something far beyond myself.

Meditation has never felt complete to me without crystals.

Crystals in My Session Room

The crystals in my session room have all found their way to me over time. Each one carries a story of its own. Some naturally stand out. Others blend gently into the space. Their presence creates a sense of harmony. Over time, the crystals seem to take on Sedona’s healing energy.

Some people naturally find their crystals. Other times, people ask me: “Which stone feels right for me now?” I am grateful to be part of helping people find the crystals meant for their journey.

Perhaps the crystal you are drawn to is already waiting for you somewhere.

Wishing you beautiful connections with crystals along your journey.

From my healing room in Sedona, more crystals will be added gradually.

I hope you find one that quietly resonates with you.
