Meditation & Retreat
A Deeper Way to Experience Sedona’s Beauty
Experience the Deeper Side of Sedona
Experience the quiet beauty
that makes Sedona so unique.
Take time to reconnect, reflect, and simply be.
Choose the experience that feels right for you.
Experience 1
Sedona Meditation Experience
A quiet space to reconnect with your inner self in Sedona

Surrounded by Sedona’s red rocks, open skies,
and peaceful natural energy,
this experience offers a gentle space to slow down,
breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you are completely new to meditation
or have an existing practice,
each experience is thoughtfully guided
according to your energy,
pace, and what feels right for you in the moment.
There is something about Sedona
that naturally invites people inward.
Simply being in nature here can quiet the mind,
deepen the breath,
and create moments of stillness
that are often difficult to find in everyday life.
At times, people begin to notice emotions, clarity,
or a sense of connection within themselves
that may have been quietly waiting beneath the surface.
In Sedona, each place carries its own unique energy.
I also find myself naturally drawn to different areas of Sedona,
often meditating in spots that feel right for the energy of the day.
In some places, I have experienced a deep sense of being
surrounded by universal love and energy,
with my awareness quietly beginning to open in stillness.
The places we visit for meditation are chosen through channeling,
while tuning into the energy and natural flow of the day.
As we spend time surrounded by Sedona’s landscape and energy,
you are gently invited to reconnect with your inner stillness
through breath, presence, and quiet awareness.
This is not about forcing the mind to become silent or
trying to achieve something through meditation.
Rather, it is a space to soften, open, and allow your mind, body,
and spirit to come back into natural harmony.
No previous meditation experience is needed —
simply come as you are.

Experience 2
Sedona, A Day to Reconnect
A quieter, more intentional way to experience Sedona

Sedona has a way of drawing people here at certain times
in their lives.
For some, it’s a place they’ve wanted to visit for years.
Others arrive during periods of change,
searching, or transition.
There is something about Sedona that people seem to feel —
even when they can’t fully explain it.
And after spending time here,
something often begins to shift.
People slow down.
They breathe differently.
Things that had been quiet for a long time begin to surface naturally. Living in Sedona,
I’ve seen this happen again and again.
Not because anyone is trying to force change,
but simply through being here —
in nature,
in stillness,
and in the energy of this place.
Even after all these years,
those moments still quietly touch me,
reminding me of something sacred in Sedona
and the deep gratitude I feel for being able to share it with others. Some moments happen during meditation.
Others during a healing session.
And sometimes,
they happen quietly while sitting together,
watching the light move across the red rocks.
About a Retreat
More than anything,
this retreat is about making space for those moments.
Each retreat unfolds differently.
Through channeling,
I’m guided toward the energy of the day —
the healing sessions, the meditations we share,
and the moments that naturally want to unfold.
Some places in Sedona feel very still.
In other places, unexpected emotions may surface.
And at times,
a place simply feels familiar —
as though something inside already knows it.
Over time,
I’ve come to trust those moments.
Very often,
the places people feel drawn to seem connected to
something they are already moving through.
Through meditation, healing sessions, conversation,
and simply spending time in Sedona,
space begins to open naturally.
Some people leave with a new sense of clarity.
Others leave feeling lighter, calmer,
or more like themselves again.
And sometimes,
people leave Sedona carrying something they cannot fully explain —
only knowing that something here touched them deeply.
That feeling is part of what I hope people carry home with them.

Experience 3
Sedona, A Journey Within
A quieter, more intentional way to experience Sedona

For some, there comes a moment in their journey
when they feel drawn to experience Sedona more deeply.
At certain moments in life, spending a few days surrounded by
Sedona’s energy can gently open space for new clarity,
deeper awareness, and inner connection.
For those who wish to spend more time here,
private 2–3 day retreats offer a more personal
and immersive experience.
Each retreat is unique — allowing space for reflection,
quiet awareness, and new insights
to emerge in their own way and timing.
Healing sessions, meditation experiences, and quiet time in nature may all become part of the retreat, offering an opportunity
to slow down and reconnect more deeply with yourself.
As the days unfold,
different feelings, realizations, and inner shifts may begin to surface.
At times, long-held thoughts, emotions, or patterns may gently soften and release naturally.
Depending on the flow of the retreat, experiences such as sound healing, yoga, or Native American ceremonies may also become
part of the journey — offering another way to connect with the spirit and energy of Sedona.
It is my heartfelt wish that your time in Sedona becomes
a deeply personal and meaningful experience —
one that gently continues to unfold within you
throughout your journey.
